Yesterday, the emotionally charged Awards Ceremony took place, during which we learned the names of most of the winners, including the directing duo behind “Daughters of the Mountain”, who received the Grand Prix – the Bank Millennium Award. While accepting one of the awards, someone on stage said that festival time renews the soul and recharges the batteries for the rest of the year — something we wholeheartedly agree with. Despite our exhaustion, we can’t wait for the final weekend to watch the winning films, but also to enjoy spending time together before we transition into online mode.
